School referral sources may include academic support such as tutoring, career support such as employment training, and social/emotional support to address mental health issues. This assignment provides you with the opportunity to develop a list of resources targeted to the specific needs of the students at your internship site and surrounding community.

In a Word document, create a list of community resources and referrals based on the needs of your internship site and the surrounding community. Each resources/referral should include the name, description of the resource and contact information.
